Our Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll refund or replace it — no return required.
Just email us at support@driveautonest.net within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll respond within 1 business day and get it sorted — either a full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement shipped at our cost. Your call.
Why no returns?
We ship direct from our partner warehouses to keep your prices low. International return shipping often costs more than the item itself, so instead of putting you through the hassle, we'd rather just make it right immediately.
Changed your mind?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll cancel for a full refund. Once it's shipped, we can't reverse it — but our 30-day guarantee still has you covered if anything's wrong on arrival.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
- Lost packages caused by an incorrect shipping address you provided
EU customers
If you're shipping into the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason. Email us and we'll handle it.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll chase it down.
